Classroom 3 : Rockstars

In our Rockstars bubble we have been looking at the story ‘The Rainbow Fish’ by Marcus Pfister. The children have written their own poem and story based on the ‘Rainbow Fish’. We have also done lots of artwork, some based on the work of artist Jo Downs.

Safer Internet Day 2020: The EYFS children have been creating their own avatars to help them stay safe when they go online.

In December, Margaret Deller came into school to talk about the festival of Christmas and why it is so important to Christians. We then had a workshop to find out more and explore significant elements of the Christmas story.

This year (2019) Fun Fitness Week. The children had a fantastic week working together and having fun. The Talent Show was a huge success and the winners enjoyed choosing their prizes.

E-safety Workshop - The children have been learning how to stay safe online.

We had a special RE day looking at the traditions and celebrations of Hinduism. As part of this, the children dressed up in Indian clothes and learnt different dance moves that Hindus would use in their religious celebrations. Ask your child to see which moves they remember!
