The Thank You Song

January 2021 lockdown arrangements.

Spring Term 2

This half term, school will continue to upload planning on our website every Friday for the following Monday or print out paper copies if requested. This continues to be closely matched to learning the teachers will deliver in school and learning that will support your child. Your child may have individualised work assigned to them in order to support their learning.  This will be sent via Class Dojo in KS1 and Evidence Me in EYFS

We use Class Dojo as our main communication platform so please send completed work via your child's portfolio and not the class email as was previously the case. Some documents will be uploaded by the teachers as a PDF, via Class Dojo, which will allow your child to work directly onto them and send back without the need to print off.

Teachers will be communicating to parents/carers and pupils regularly via Class Dojo so please read any communications sent. If for any reason you are struggling to access Class Dojo then please contact the class teacher using the emails below and we will support you.

heartFor help with supporting your child's Mental Health and Wellbeing during lockdown please see our 'Mental Health and Wellbeing' page within the 'Key Information' section on the website.heart

In the event of a whole class/cohort self isolating from March 8th we will upload a daily on line learning plan for the week which you can access by clicking your child's year group.  Please note that any individual pupils within a class/cohort who must self-isolate will be contacted directly with their child's learning via Class Dojo/Evidence Me on the first day of absence.  There is an expectation that the work will be completed and returned either via Class Dojo or handed to the teacher on your child's first day back at school if individual packs have been printed for your child.  During the period of self-isolation please contact the class teacher via Class Dojo/Evidence Me if you or your child has any questions or problems accessing or completing the work.

Here is some of the fantastic work being done by our home learners. We love seeing your learning, well done!

Any parents/carers who do not have the facility to be able to access Remote Learning if required (i.e. no internet connection or laptop/tablet) should contact the school as per the letter below which was emailed to parents on 15th October 2020.
