Can parents/carers please be mindful of what pack up they send in with their child. We are a nut free school because we have pupils with severe allergies. As such any food containing traces of nuts is strictly prohibited. This includes anything chocolatey, coated in chocolate or chocolate spread in sandwiches. Many thanks for your cooperation and understanding with this. We all want to keep all our children safe.
Due to an increase in allergies it is with regret that we must ask parents not to send in sweets or birthday cakes, etc. to their child’s class. Any food items provided in school will be carefully monitored (e.g. party food).
It is therefore very important that parents make the school aware of any dietary or allergy related condition, so appropriate arrangements can be made.
